Recommended Reading: Clean Code by Robert C. Martin

I am only a few chapters in but I'm already adding "Clean Code: A Handbook of Agile Software Craftsmanship" by Robert C. Martin (available at Amazon.com) to my list of required reading for my development teams.  Despite the fact that Robert bases his examples on Java, I believe the concepts ring true to the .NET family of languages and every lesson, guideline and recommendation holds value for any developer.
